I just wanted to thank you for the very professional yet personable manner in which you handled the sale of my Wanaka property.  The property had been on the market for sometime and when I came to you for advice you trusted yourself to give pragmatic yet obviously informed advice.  Whilst below my initial expectations your original estimate of what the market was saying my property was worth was chillingly accurate.

At all times during the marketing campaign I appreciated your regular contact and updates and the fact that you were true to your word in delivering what you promised when often you didn't have much positive news to report.  I was also impressed in that you were willing to work within my marketing budget yet at the same time being willing to offer what was sound advice in respect of marketing options.

When it came to "closing the deal" you outshone what could be expected in ensuring the purchasers offer was forwarded me late on Friday night and then not uttering a word of complaint when I wished to counteroffer which meant an early start for you on the Saturday.

All in all your service was outstanding ... and that's coming from someone with high expectations as to what should be expected from a fellow professional.
