Our complaints procedure
If you have a complaint, we initially encourage direct discussion with the salesperson with whom you have been dealing or our management team.
Should you prefer, you can place your feedback in writing using the forms provided below and forward this to the office for follow-up and contact with you.
Once completed, please feel free to hand your feedback to any of our staff or forward it to our office using the contact details on the form.
